Heheh... I think we caused a bit of stress for everyone on the bank this morning!! We qualified for the A Final by coming second in our Semi to the Germans.. Beating the Australian crew into third..This will be a cracker of a final!!

Heather and Sinead came second in their semi-final, progressing now to the A final on Sunday. Similarly, the lightweight men's four (LM4-) won their semi-final and also progress to an A final.
The lightweight men's pair (LM2-) were not so lucky, coming sixth and now progressing to the B final.

Well thank God the first day of racing is over...it is good to open the lungs, get the nerves out the system... and of course to qualify straight to the Semi... We came third in the heat in a PB of 6.57min... Only the second time ever breaking the 7 ...
