The plan to establish TG4 as a fully independent body - as discussed on funferal previously - is moving forward with the announcement that advisors have been appointed by the government to work on the project. The plan is for a report to government in the Autumn.

Word today of government plans for a Digital Terrestrial Television trial in Ireland.
