AT&T to cap competing video services (or why we need net neutrality)

Lauren Weinstein has dug behind the newly announced DSL caps on AT&T to note the exemption for U-verse content (i.e. the in-house video service). This, of course, is exactly the sort of anti-competitive behaviour that net neutrality rules are meant to prevent.
