Forum on Broadcasting

The Irish government has announced a new forum on broadcasting, to examine the role of public service broadcasting.

I intend to coordinate a response shortly, using funferal.org and mailing lists – the focus would be on supporting the concept of public service broadcasting and broadcasters, and also drawing attention to the separate role of participatory media, in particular community radio.
