POWs – everyone’s guilty
March 24th, 2003 | by aobaoill |Interesting factoid – the Red Cross (ICRCC) has criticised all parties to the war in Iraq for defying the Geneva Convention. Reports here had made it seem like only the Iraqis had been found to be in breach (although the Guantanamo case sprang quickly to mind anyhow).
