Extradition treaties
April 10th, 2003 | by aobaoill |Statewatch has broken a story about proposed EU-US extradition and ‘judicial co-oeration treaties. Undoubtedly good things to have treaties on, in principle, but the (secret) negotiations have resulted in some rather unsavoury things being included in the drafts.
