Seanad News – NUI panel

June 17th, 2002 | by aobaoill |

The Seanad Election is underway, and I’ve compiled some information on the candidates in the NUI panel. If anyone has further information on any of the candidates, please feel free to let me know.

The descriptions are a mix of the official description on the ballot paper and what I could find online.

I’m supporting Brendan Ryan. I have been an admirer of his for several years, preceding his decision to join the Labour Party in 1997/8, after the DL/Labour merger. If you have a vote, I would encourage you to give him your number one, or highest possible preference.
