An interesting editorial in Editor and Publisher magazine details concerns raised by Latin American publishers regarding the WSIS (the World Summit on the Information Society), and argues that “like their Latin American counterparts, U.S. newspapers must remain alert to the dangers this summit could impose on world press freedom.”
