God Kills Babies….

I’d come across this story a few years ago, but was prompted to relocate it after various conversations with friends where I found myself quoting it. In essence, God Kills Babies, and an activist had the reference engraved in a sponsored brick outside a library, between various religiously tinged slogans.

And for those who are interested, Samuel 15:3, the quote involved, is as follows:

New International Version: Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy [1]everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.’

King James Version: Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
