Security Council Meeting

I’m currently listening to NPR’s live coverage of the Security Council meeting. Its a freaky experience – given the motion that the US has tabled, one has to read the statements (in response to Blix’s latest report) in relation to that motion. For some countries (such as the US, and currently Spain) its easy to interpret where the country stands, but I’m having more difficulty with others, such as Mexico.
