Cameroon tries balancing act

Cameroon’s report is talking about both the good points, and shortcomings, in Iraqi cooperation. “Iraq has not yet taken the final opportunity given in 1441” “cameroon has always advocated peaceful resolution of disputes [but has duty as member of security council].” Doesn’t want endless inspections, but doesn’t want to go for war. How to persuade Iraqis to cooperate? Unanimity must be retained.
Looks like Cameroon will go for a compromise. In light of Blix’s report, the UK 10-day deadline might be too short for Cameroon to support, but you never know.
