Bulgaria is starting. I think they’ve already been bought, so we can expect support for starting to kill people.

This last point makes little sense, since the US has indicated that it will use the new motion to invade Iraq. Therefore, if the motion is passed, Iraq would, if it acted rationally, stop all demilitarisation moves, in order to maximise their defences against the invading forces.
