Vote swapping in 2004

Following my earlier post about vote swapping, I got a mail from one of the people involved with VotePair.org which is:

a major vote swapping site for this year’s elections. [The] campaign is comprised of site operators from 2000 (voteswap.com, voteexchange, winwincampain.org, nadertrader.org, etc).

. The site, which will launch its services on 20th September, has already attracted media attention.
