Introducing Alternative Media Notes

I’ve decided to try my hand at ‘podcasting’ and the attached file is my first – and admittedly introductory – effort. I’m still trying to figure out an easy, reliable, method to generate .mp3 files. Currently I’m creating the file in iMovie, changing it to .AIFF in Sound Studio, and then to .mp3 in iTunes. There must be an easier way. By the way, I’m using my iMic from Griffin to hook up my mic, and I’m very pleased with it – my only hardware issue is that my mic stand is slightly short.Update: I’ve amended the link – some people had problems because the hash in the title was causing the file to cut off. That should now be fixed.Update: (2005-06-06) I’ve removed the file from the server due to a severe shortage of space.
