Flirt FM 10 year plans

Flirt FM will have been on air for ten years this coming September, and we’re making plans to celebrate. For those who are or have been involved make sure you check out the Flirt FM alumni page. Contact me to sign up to the (low-volume) alumni list, and let us know if you’ll be able to attend. More details ‘below the fold’ as they say.Our main events will be a reunion dinner on Saturday 1st October, and special broadcasts from 28th September through to 2nd October. If you have any old tapes of the station (or interviews/sessions recorded for the station) we’d love to get them (or a copy) – we’ll be playing some old material on air, and also building an audio archive. Old posters, photos, flyers, etc. also welcome of course.We’re still planning the detail of the events, so more information will be available as we have it. If you can get involved with the planning end of things please let me know.Of course, some people won’t be able to make it to the reunion, for whatever reason, but may still want to get involved in some other way – contact me, sign up to the list and we’ll see what we can do. Satellite linkups may not be possible, but these interconnected days who knows what will be possible – and of course there’s the ongoing Alumni group which will hopefully be having various other activities and events in the future.
