Finally, some of the other preliminary results - and I should stress that these are not scientifically assessed as of yet - include a commonly expressed opinion that volunteers do not have contact with other volunteers;
several students praised the station manager, others expressed the belief that the station manager should exercise all authority - which may relate, again, to cultural impovrishment or other factors;
Many expressed a belief that structures should change. However, some, including supporters of change, commented on the importance of _informal_ structures, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
